Platform Usage

LeasePe is a commercial real estate platform focused on commercial land, shops, showrooms, offices, warehouses, and business or investment properties. Users must use the platform only for lawful property discovery, listing, inquiry, leasing, and related business purposes.

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, submit false information, interfere with platform security, or use LeasePe to promote illegal, misleading, or unrelated services.

Property Listing Rules

Property owners, franchise users, and authorized representatives must provide accurate property details, including location, area, ownership or authority to lease, images, pricing expectations, availability, and applicable restrictions.

LeasePe may review, reject, pause, remove, or request corrections for listings that appear incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, residential-focused, unlawful, or inconsistent with the platform’s commercial-property scope.

Tenant and Customer Responsibility

Tenants and customers are responsible for verifying property suitability, visiting the site where appropriate, checking documents, confirming commercial permissions, evaluating business feasibility, and seeking legal or professional advice before entering any agreement.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee property availability, final pricing, exclusive access, owner approval, or completion of a rental transaction.

Property Owner Responsibility

Owners must have the lawful right to list, lease, or negotiate the listed property. Owners must not hide material issues such as title disputes, access limitations, unpaid dues, encumbrances, zoning restrictions, or third-party claims.

Owners remain responsible for negotiations, documents, statutory compliance, taxes, permits, and final agreements unless a separate written service arrangement states otherwise.

Franchise Responsibility

Franchise users and staff must use LeasePe tools only for authorized business operations, lead handling, property onboarding, and customer support. Franchise accounts must not be shared with unauthorized users.

Franchise teams are responsible for entering accurate information, following platform permissions, protecting user data, and escalating disputes or suspicious listings to LeasePe administrators.

Lead and Inquiry Policy

When a user submits a lead, rent request, contact form, or property inquiry, LeasePe may share relevant details with internal teams, franchise users, property owners, or authorized service partners for follow-up.

LeasePe may contact users through phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other appropriate channels regarding submitted inquiries, property availability, site visits, documentation, and related support.

Limitation of Liability

LeasePe works to provide useful commercial property information, but it does not guarantee that every listing, document, price, owner statement, lead, transaction, or third-party representation is error-free or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeasePe is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, failed negotiations, site suitability issues, title defects, third-party conduct, or decisions made based on platform information.
