Verification Purpose
Property verification is intended to improve listing quality and user confidence. It may include review of submitted details, owner contact verification, location checks, document checks, image review, site visit coordination, or internal quality assessment.
Verification Limits
Verification does not guarantee title, ownership, encumbrance status, zoning permission, statutory approval, construction quality, investment return, final pricing, or suitability for a specific business.
User Cooperation
Owners may be asked to provide accurate documents, identity information, authorization evidence, location details, updated images, payment proof, or clarification before a listing receives a verification label or remains active.
Status Changes
LeasePe may change or remove verification status if new information arises, records become outdated, disputes are reported, or listing details no longer appear reliable.
Independent Due Diligence
Tenants, buyers, brands, and investors should conduct independent due diligence, legal checks, physical inspections, and professional review before entering any agreement.
