Paid Listing Scope
Paid listing services may include property onboarding, listing review, publication, visibility features, lead routing, promotional placement, or support activities described during the applicable workflow or written communication.
Owner Responsibility
Owners and authorized representatives must provide accurate property information, lawful authority to list the property, current availability, correct pricing expectations, and usable images or documents where requested.
Review and Approval
Payment does not guarantee automatic publication, specific ranking, lead volume, transaction closure, or tenant approval. LeasePe may reject, pause, correct, or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, unlawful, duplicated, residential-focused, or inconsistent with platform quality standards.
Listing Changes
LeasePe may request updates to location, pricing, images, title, availability, ownership details, or commercial classification before or after publication. Owners should notify LeasePe promptly when a property is unavailable or materially changed.
Fees
Paid listing fees, promotional fees, verification fees, or support charges are governed by the payment terms shown at the time of purchase or agreed separately. Taxes, gateway fees, documentation charges, and third-party costs may apply.
