These policies are written for LeasePe's commercial real estate platform and should be read together with any signed agreement, payment confirmation, listing terms, or service communication provided by LeasePe.
Eligible Listings
LeasePe is focused on commercial properties including shops, showrooms, offices, warehouses, godowns, factories, commercial land, and business or investment spaces. Listings should be genuine, commercially relevant, and legally available for the stated purpose.
Required Accuracy
Listing details should accurately describe property type, location, area, price, availability, amenities, images, access, restrictions, and any material condition that could affect tenant or buyer decisions.
Prohibited Listings
LeasePe may reject or remove listings that are fraudulent, duplicated, residential-only, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, unavailable, spammy, incomplete, or submitted without owner authorization.
Images and Media
Uploaded images should represent the actual property or clearly relevant site context. Users must not upload copyrighted, unrelated, offensive, deceptive, or altered media that misrepresents the listing.
Moderation
LeasePe may edit formatting, request evidence, pause publication, archive inactive listings, or remove listings to protect users, maintain marketplace quality, and comply with platform rules.
